The company story
Software should work on the floor, not just in the boardroom.
We work in three areas: Boltrics implementations for logistics providers in the Baltics, software for forestry and wood processing, and custom software for SMEs that fall between the standard packages.
We work the same way in all three: we find out what really goes wrong, choose or build the smallest thing that solves it (for Boltrics: configuring what already exists) and make sure it is actually used the day after delivery.

Svare has been the Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics since 2026; you contract with Svare Baltics OÜ in Tallinn and talk directly to the Boltrics consultants setting up your system.

Boltrics, The 3PL Industry IT Solution, builds, hosts and maintains its 3PL solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and has taken over 400 implementations live since 2010. We sell and implement that solution for logistics service providers in the Baltics, and stay your first line afterwards.

The founder
Svare is now a team of Boltrics consultants. Founder Sven Brantjes grew up in forestry, where tracking stems, parcels and certifications was daily work. He knows how the sector works, and how little the existing software accounts for it.
His first software project was in forestry itself. That work later grew into the base for Bosbouw Digitaal. From there he joined a 3PL software company as an in-house consultant. That is where he saw from the inside what goes wrong in WMS implementations: systems that do not understand the domain, consultants who have never driven a forklift, and reports that reach someone only months later. At Svare he combines those two worlds.
The forestry side of Svare consists of Svare-dds for EUDR files and svare-timber for loading long timber, both built from that sector knowledge. Custom software builds for SMEs are the second pillar.

Our philosophy
- Practical over theoretical. We choose what operators actually use over a perfect architecture that nobody understands.
- Clear and honest. We are open about scope, about money and about when something is not needed.
- The same language for forklift and boardroom. We talk with operators and managers and make sure they see the same picture. An implementation stands or falls on that communication.
- Simplicity first. Complexity only when it is really needed. We start with the least software that solves the problem and expand on what practice asks for.

Every project has fixed milestones. That is where you adjust course, and Boltrics goes live in three months.

Our prices are open. € 5 per file for Svare-dds, € 12,500 implementation + from € 50 per user per month for svare-timber, custom work on request. For Boltrics you get the price list per module in the first call.

Our relationship with Microsoft runs through Boltrics. As a Boltrics Reseller, we don't carry our own Microsoft partner badge.
