Phase 1: Free demo
In the demo you already see your own process in software.
You describe your work process briefly, in a form, an email or a phone call. Our team builds a demo of your order process, your quality or weighing registration or your production and processing flow, without twenty features you don’t need.
The demo takes 30 to 60 minutes. You don’t need to prepare anything beyond an hour of time and a description of the process you want to tackle. You are not committed to anything.
Afterwards you know what is and isn’t possible, before you spend a thing.
Phase 2: Proposal and fixed price
After the demo we write a proposal with scope, planning and a fixed price.
No time-and-materials and no open end. If new wishes come up along the way, we decide together whether they fit within scope or get picked up separately. Guarding the scope is our job.
You receive the proposal within 5 working days after the demo. Anything unclear, or something you disagree with? Then we talk it through together.
Phase 3: Building in two months
We build in two-week sprints.
Every sprint delivers working software that you open, test and give feedback on yourself. From week 2 you see the software grow.
Every week there is a check-in of 30 to 60 minutes. At the end of each sprint we decide together whether to continue on this track or adjust: you know your business, we know the technology.
We handle hosting, in an EU cloud. You don’t need to set up an IT department, rent servers or configure a VPN. Your software is ready as soon as it is done.
Integrations with your ERP, accounting package or webshop are part of the scope, so no surprise in week 10.
Phase 4: Live and aftercare
At go-live you receive documentation: how to use the software, how to resolve common questions, where the login credentials are and what to do if something doesn’t work.
The first week after go-live is hypercare: we are with you on site, because most questions come up in the first days and that is not the moment to wait. After that, everything runs through the support channel, on working days between 07:30 and 18:00 Estonian time; outside working hours only with a separate support contract. We keep fixing bugs in what we built, at no extra cost.
Want to keep developing after that? Then a maintenance agreement does the job: cancellable monthly.
What you bring
Time for a weekly call of 30 to 60 minutes, roughly 4 to 8 hours per week during implementation to review intermediate results and make decisions, and one accountable owner on your side. That way what we build matches what you need.
