EUDR from 30 December 2026 The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) applies from 30 December 2026 to roundwood, fuel wood, sawn timber, pallets and the other wood products now covered by the EU Timber Regulation. That includes small businesses: the deferral to 30 June 2027 does not apply to wood.
