What was driven is on the invoice

Run road transport with your own trucks and drivers, and your day turns on planning: who drives what, at which rate, on which truck. We implement Boltrics TMS for you, so plan, trip and invoice are one record.

Every change handled in one action

With your own trucks, replanning is the work: a load that is late, a driver who calls in sick, an address that moves.

  • One place where the day lives: orders, trips, trucks and drivers on one planning board, so a change is one action instead of three phone calls. As long as the plan lives in a spreadsheet beside the system, only the planner knows what the day really looks like.
  • The trip is the source of the invoice: the completed trip goes straight to the invoice. Move that step by hand and every week loses a waiting-hour charge, an extra drop or a toll that nobody can trace back.
  • The truck is a cost in its own right: maintenance, inspections, tyres and fuel belong to the same vehicle as the trips it drives. Otherwise your cost per trip is an estimate, and a rate built on an estimate loses to a competitor who knows.

Traffic at a junction at night. In Boltrics TMS every trip is ready for the invoice, with its rate.

From trip to invoice in one transport management system

  • Trip planning on a board: transport orders come in, get attached to a trip and assigned to a truck and a driver. Collection and delivery addresses, time windows and sequence sit on the trip, and moving one is a drag instead of a re-entry.
  • Rates per customer: agreements per customer, per lane or per zone, with surcharges for waiting hours, extra drops, tolls and fuel. The rate lands on the order the moment it arrives, so there is no calculating afterwards.
  • On-board computers and the driver on the road: the trip goes to the cab and the confirmation comes back the same way: arrived, loaded, delivered. A digital proof of delivery with a signature and a photo is evidence on the order right away, instead of a sheet of paper that reaches the office next week.
  • Fleet management and fuel: services, inspections, tyres, insurance and fuel stops per vehicle, next to the trips that same vehicle drove. So you see your cost per kilometre every day.
  • CMR, i.VAZ and the documents that travel: the CMR consignment note comes out of the trip. For domestic road haulage in Lithuania the freight document has to be filed through i.VAZ before the truck moves; that is a step in the plan, not a form somebody chases afterwards. What clients ask us first

Call +372 5447 0143

Do we still need a separate planning board next to this?

No. Trip planning, the orders that feed it and the invoicing that follows sit in the same system as your general ledger. A separate board means retyping, and retyping is where the gap appears between what was driven and what gets invoiced.

Does this work if we subcontract part of our trips?

Yes. A trip you place with a charter follows the same path as a trip on your own truck: the same order, the same documents, the same customer invoice. The difference sits on the buying side, and that is what makes the margin per trip visible.

How long does the implementation take?

Live in three months, after an on-site intake. In go-live week we stand next to your planners and your drivers, at your own depot.

What does it cost?

The modules have a price list, and we share it openly in the first call. The implementation itself differs per company and follows from the intake.
