What the EUDR asks of you
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) applies from 30 December 2026 to roundwood, fuel wood, sawn timber, pallets and the other wood products now covered by the EU Timber Regulation. That includes small businesses: the deferral to 30 June 2027 does not apply to wood.
From lot to reference number
- You record the lot: species, quantity, supplier, felling date.
- You draw the plot on the map.
- A satellite check shows whether the plot was deforested after 2020.
- The file shows per item of evidence what is still missing: “Complete” or “Incomplete”.
- The seller’s declaration comes out of the system as a filled-in PDF.
- File complete? Then the statement goes to TRACES and you get the EUDR reference number.
No legal advice: you remain responsible for your own due diligence.
€ 5 per file, all included
That covers access through the web browser, the message to TRACES (the EU system) and the retention obligation for the file. For large volumes we agree a price to match.
Made for roundwood, sawmills and import
