No cookies. No profiles. Who you are is none of our business.
What we do collect
We only collect what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company name, email address, subject and message. Nothing more.
We do not ask for a phone number unless you provide it yourself. No job title, no opt-in checkboxes for marketing. If you decide to call or email directly, we obviously keep the email thread or a short call note so we can follow up properly. But that only happens based on what you initiate.
If you request a Boltrics whitepaper through the site, we ask for your name, company name and email address. We use them to email you the link to the whitepaper and, where relevant, to follow up with you about Boltrics. We also record which whitepaper you chose, on which page and when. We keep this data in the same way as contact form data. If forwarding the request to Svare fails, the server log records the email address, the chosen whitepaper and the time, only so that we can still pass the request on. It is kept as long as the other server logs.
What we don't collect
We do not place tracking cookies. We do not build analytics profiles on individual visitors. We do not run heatmaps or build behavioural profiles.
For page statistics we use Plausible, self-hosted in the EU, cookieless. Plausible only sees totals: how many visitors a page had, from which country, which buttons were used and how far a page was read. Never who you are: no cookies, no IP address, nothing stored on your device, and never what you enter in a form.
There is no integration with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics or comparable trackers. They are not in the site, and we do not plan to add them.
Retention periods
- • Contact form data: up to 12 months. If no client relationship has emerged in that time, we delete the data.
- • Client correspondence: for the duration of the client relationship, plus the 7-year statutory retention period for invoices and related records.
- • Site analytics: 90 days aggregated, anonymised afterwards. There is no personal data in the Plausible data to begin with.
Who has access to your data
The controller for this processing is Svare Baltics OÜ, Pikk tn 7-3, 10123 Tallinn, Estonia (registrikood 17542366, KMKR EE103002536), phone +372 5447 0143, info@svaredigital.com. Only Svare staff who need it for their work have access. For data we process on behalf of clients we act as processor, and the data processing agreement with that client applies.
External parties only get access through the processors we list below, and only for the specific purpose for which they are engaged. We do not sell data. Not in raw form, not aggregated, not anonymised. There are no data deals with third parties, and we do not plan to ever sign one.
