Fits the standard? Then you're live in one month
With the Fast Track we implement Boltrics WMS on the standard: live in one month, with a week of hypercare on site. Need more? Then you choose the Tailored Track.
Live in one month.
From intake to go-live, including a week of hypercare on site.
Need more than the standard?
Customs statuses and extra connections are part of the Tailored Track. We implement TMS and FMS as their own project alongside your WMS, each live in three months.

Where the Fast Track wins
- Greenfield: you're starting a new warehouse or a new client line, with no old system to move away from.
- Replacement: your self-built or simple system no longer keeps up with what comes in.
- A hard deadline: you need to be live before a new client comes on board.
Six building blocks, ready for your first order
Standard in Boltrics WMS, set up by us around your process.
- SSCC scanning and label printing: receiving with a unique SSCC number per pallet or carton, scanned and printed to the GS1 standard.
- Automatic allocation: outbound picking assigns orders to stock without manual selection.
- Internal inventory management: locations, balances and movements per client, visible live.
- CMR and freight documents: transport documents straight out of the system, linked to the order they belong to.
- Invoicing services and storage fees: storage and handling rates per client, billed automatically.
- One guided EDI connection: automatic order intake through one connection, set up and tested together with your team.
We run the intake on your floor, between your own racks.
Built for 3PL
From day one, you invoice your services per client.
Every service lands on the client's order. Boltrics charges it against that client's agreement, and the invoice run does the rest.
- Step 1
Handling on the order
Inbound, outbound and extra handling: the floor records it on the order as it happens.
- Step 2
Contract per client
Boltrics matches every line to that client's contract: per pallet, per carton, per order or per period.
- Step 3
Storage and handling on one invoice
The invoice run puts storage charges and handling on one invoice per client, traceable to the order.
Boltrics is 100% focused on third-party logistics: not an ERP that started in finance or manufacturing, but every function built with and for logistics service providers.

Live in six steps, within one month
- Step 1
On-site intake
We come and look at the floor: how the warehouse works today, which orders come in, and what differs per client.
- Step 2
Setup via the Boltrics Marketplace
We switch on the standard functionality of Boltrics through the Marketplace and set it up around your processes.
- Step 3
Master data and migration
Items, clients and locations carry over from the old system or get set up fresh, ready for the first order.
- Step 4
One guided EDI connection
We set up and test the first connection for automatic order intake together, so your team knows how the next one works.
- Step 5
Training
Your key users and your floor know the system before go-live.
- Step 6
Go-live with hypercare
For the first week we are on site with you: a question on the floor gets an answer right away. After that we help you through the support channel, on working days from 07:30 to 18:00 Estonian time.
After hypercare we stay your first line, with Boltrics as second line. What applies after that, including if Svare ever falls away, is on continuity and support.
What clients ask us first
Call +372 5447 0143Is one month realistic?
Yes, if your operation fits the standard. The scope is fixed up front and the functionality already exists in Boltrics, so we switch it on instead of building it.
What if we need more than the standard?
Then you choose the Tailored Track: the same Boltrics Marketplace, opened up further, live in three months. What really doesn't fit the platform we build alongside it, with a connection in between, and the core of Boltrics stays untouched.
What does the Fast Track cost?
In the first call we put the price list per module openly on the table. The price of the implementation follows from the on-site intake.
Ready to run live a month from now?
Your operation doesn't fit the standard? Then it becomes the Tailored Track, and whatever really doesn't fit, we build alongside it.
