Your margin per shipment, en route

Sea, air and road, often all three side by side. We implement Boltrics FMS for you, so purchase, sales and surcharges are on the file from the moment you open it. You run forwarding and warehousing in the same system.

Keep the gap between buying and selling in view

You earn on the difference between two rates. With Boltrics FMS you see that difference per shipment.

  • The margin per shipment, while the shipment runs: what you buy from the carrier, what you sell to your client, and every surcharge that lands in between. If it only appears on the invoice, you find out when nothing can be done about it.
  • One file everything hangs on: booking, ETD and ETA, container or AWB, documents, customs status, third-party costs and your own sales lines.
  • Documents that are right on time: a consignment note, a manifest or a declaration that is late or wrong costs demurrage days and sometimes a fine. With Boltrics FMS they come out of the file, with no retyping.

The docks of a logistics centre. What comes out of the container is in stock straight away, in the same file.

Sea, air and road in one forwarding system

Sea freight and container files

Register individual bookings per destination and attach them to a container file as part shipments, watching total weight and dimensions. The load list and the container manifest come out of that file, along with the pre-announcement of the container and its documents.

Air freight

Print Master and House Air Waybills or send them digitally as e-AWB. Different fields, deadlines and documents from a container, the same file underneath.

Groupage and road transport

A route with different collection and delivery addresses, where orders, clients and carriers sit in one overview. Buy the trip from a charter and purchase and sale sit on the same line. Do you drive your own work too?

Customs in the same file

File declarations, generate documents and follow the status of a shipment, inside Boltrics FMS and without a second administration. Goods arriving under T1 keep that status while they are under supervision. How we set up customs.

Purchase invoices against the agreement

Match incoming invoices from shipping lines, airlines and carriers with what was agreed and with what the file says. What does not add up surfaces before it is paid instead of after.

Forwarder and warehouse in one system

Boltrics FMS and WMS sit on one Business Central foundation: if you store goods as well as forward them, you need one system. Ports attract forwarders, and whoever sits close to the quay ends up storing goods sooner or later.

First a few pallets that have to wait, then a shed, then a regular client who leaves his stock with you. That is how a forwarder grows into a warehousing business without anyone ever deciding to. In Klaipėda and Tallinn that combination sits in a lot of companies.

With separate forwarding and warehouse software you enter the same shipment twice: one package knows files without locations, the other pallets without a container file. The real cost sits in the differences that follow.

When a container is stripped the cartons become stock on location, with their own SSCC per pallet and with the file they came from still attached. Forwarding costs, handling rates and storage charges then sit as lines on one invoice per client. See what Boltrics WMS does for your warehouse.

Svare has been the Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics since 2026 and takes freight forwarders buying and reselling sea, air and road transport live on Boltrics FMS in three months.

Built for 3PL

Forwarding, handling and storage on one invoice.

Every service lands on the client's order or file. Boltrics charges it against that client's agreement, and the invoice run does the rest.

  1. Step 1

Service booked on the order or file

Handling, a trip or an extra service: the floor records it as it happens.

  2. Step 2

    Contract rate per client

Boltrics matches every line to that client's contract: per pallet, per carton, per order or per period.

  3. Step 3

    One invoice per client

The invoice run puts everything for a client on one invoice, traceable to the order or file.

Boltrics is 100% focused on third-party logistics: not an ERP that started in finance or manufacturing, but every function built with and for logistics service providers.

What clients ask us first

Call +372 5447 0143

Do you handle sea and air freight both, or is this mainly sea?

Both, plus road transport you buy in, in the same shipment file. The mode only decides which documents and fields belong to it.

We also run our own warehouse. Do we need a second package for that?

No. Forwarding and warehousing sit on the same Business Central foundation, so a stripped container becomes stock on location without anyone keying it in again, and the client gets one invoice.

Which customs connections exist in the Baltics?

We map that per client up front. Filing declarations, generating documents and pre-announcing containers sit in Boltrics FMS; which local gateway that runs through differs per country, and we map it out for you in the intake.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Live in three months, after an on-site intake, with a week of on-site hypercare at go-live. The modules have a price list and we share it openly in the first call; the implementation follows from that intake.

One complete picture, and one party you call

We implement forwarding and warehousing as one project and stay your first line afterwards: one Estonian number, reachable from 07:30 to 18:00 Estonian time. You enter data once and see per client what he is worth: his shipments, his handling and his storage together.
