Orders that enter themselves

Boltrics DataHub is the EDI and integration layer that always comes with your Boltrics WMS, TMS or FMS. We automate your messaging with clients and carriers, so orders land in the system without anyone retyping them.

Boltrics
Local Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics

Messages in. Orders ready.

When your client sends an order as a message, it lands in the system as an order straight away, with no typos and no checking afterwards.

  • Messaging with clients: orders, dispatch advices, receipt confirmations and invoices as a fixed message flow, not as loose emails.
  • Integrations with carriers and systems: connect to the format the other party already uses, instead of forcing everyone onto one format of your own.
  • Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics, since 2026
  • Connect directly with your trading partners
  • Lithuania: invoices every month as an i.SAF return
  • The module price list, openly in the first call

Ready for e-invoicing, i.SAF and i.VAZ

In Estonia a buyer registered as an e-invoice recipient has been able to require an e-invoice since 1 July 2025. A general B2B obligation has been announced for 2027; the bill for it is still being drafted.

In Lithuania, invoices also go to the tax authority every month as an i.SAF return, and for domestic road transport the consignment note has to be filed in i.VAZ beforehand.

Still mailing invoices as PDFs? We work out per client which of these flows run past your system and set up the connections that go with them.

An order that arrives as a data message and lands on the floor as a picking list, without anyone retyping it.

Boltrics DataHub

Straight to your trading partners

Svare has been the Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics since 2026 and connects EDI through Boltrics DataHub to your Boltrics WMS, TMS or FMS, with no separate EDI operator.

Boltrics delivers and hosts DataHub, with security, monitoring and error handling. You configure and monitor every data flow in Business Central, the environment your team already knows.

Architecture

One fixed route for every message

We run all your connections through the DataHub, never straight onto your system. So every connection gets the same monitoring and error handling.

For every connection we set up a fixed flow: what starts it, where the message goes and what happens to it on the way.

Every client connects its own way

  • Connecting. Through the route your client's system already uses, from a web connection to a file that arrives at set times.
  • Formats. EDIFACT, X12, CSV, flat files and whatever modern webshops and systems send.
  • Boltrics messages. Fixed messages for receipt and dispatch, such as RCV-Receipt and SND-Shipment.
  • EDIFACT. Comes in as the trading partner's format and gets converted in the DataHub into the messages Boltrics uses.

Standard connectors, ready to go

Boltrics delivers standard connections for accounting, customs, webshops, shipping platforms and more, and has built hundreds of them. We build on that.

Carriers don't connect through classic EDIFACT transport messages. That runs through shipping platforms: one connection, and hundreds of parcel and freight carriers behind it. The platform generates the labels, registers the shipment with the carrier and hands back the track-and-trace. Which platform fits your carriers, we choose together.

Clear roles, an open price list

What Boltrics DataHub and a new flow cost is in your proposal. We share the module price list openly in the first call.

Boltrics delivers and manages the platform, the hosting and the standard flows, and supports the full configuration. We handle the functional setup: defining scope and message flows, and setting up the technical connection with your client. Testing, ownership and monitoring of the flow sit with you or with us.

Per flow we agree with you who matches the messages to your fields (the mapping): you, us, Boltrics or a split. We write it down.

What clients ask us first

Call +372 5447 0143

How many connections are included?

In Fast Track, one: we set up and test the first EDI connection for automatic order intake together with your team. In Tailored Track and with Boltrics TMS and FMS, as many as your clients and carriers require.

How long does it take to set up a connection?

Mostly as long as the other party needs: every connection has a counterparty working at its own pace. That is why we set up each connection separately and test it with real messages, rather than switching everything on at go-live.

Do we have to send e-invoices?

That depends on the country and the buyer. In Estonia a buyer registered as an e-invoice recipient has been able to require an e-invoice since 1 July 2025, and a general B2B obligation has been announced for 2027. In Lithuania invoices go to the tax authority every month as an i.SAF return. We map out per client what that asks of your connections.
