Already running, and outgrowing the standard?
In the Tailored Track we set up Boltrics WMS for complex operations: every client with its own requirements, on top of everything in the Fast Track. Live in three months, with a week of hypercare on site.
Live in three months, on a fixed plan.
The Fast Track is live in one month, because the scope is fixed up front. The Tailored Track needs more set-up and is live in three months: a timeline we agree with you.
After step two you have a phasing with a date per phase.
What makes three months achievable
- How many clients set their own requirements. One set of labels, documents and allocation rules is work; five sets are that same work five times over.
- How many connections have to go live. Every connection has a counterparty working at its own pace, often the longest wait in the project. So bring them in early.
- What has to come across from a live system. Migrating alongside a running operation costs more than starting greenfield, and the cleaner your master data, the shorter it takes.
- Whether you go live at once or in phases. Taking one site or one client live first makes the whole longer, and the first go-live shorter and calmer.
- How much time your key users get. Free up their testing time in advance: this is the step that slips most often in practice.

Where the Tailored Track wins
- You're already running, and your clients set their own requirements for labels, allocation or documents.
- You work with hazardous goods, variable weight or customs statuses, and want all of it in the system, with no separate administration alongside.
- You need multiple connections and want to plan loading, unloading and the yard in the same system.
Everything in Fast Track, plus
VAL and quality, recorded per order
- VAL orders with recipe management: repacking, kitting, labelling, rework and quality control as a recorded recipe per order, the same every time.
- Sampling as its own scanning process: spot checks on the floor, with a recorded outcome per check.
- Client-specific labels and documents: transport documents such as CMR, AWB and HBL are set up per client through the Blueprint Editor. Labels get their own layout per client.
- Custom allocation rules via selection criteria: outbound picking follows exactly the rules your client requires.
Special goods
Variable weight, serial numbers, hazardous goods
- Catch weight. You record the actual weight per carton instead of a fixed weight per item.
- Serial numbers and specification sets. Traceability down to the level a client requires.
- Hazardous goods. Storage and handling rules according to the product's classification.
- Customs statuses. T1, T2 and other customs statuses in the same inventory record as the rest of the warehouse.
Built for 3PL
VAL recorded on the order, charged on contract.
Every service lands on the client's order. Boltrics charges it against that client's agreement, and the invoice run does the rest.
- Step 1
Handling and VAL on the order
Repacking, labelling or extra handling: the floor records it on the order as it happens.
- Step 2
Contract per client
Boltrics matches every line to that client's contract: per pallet, per carton, per order or per period.
- Step 3
Storage and handling on one invoice
The invoice run puts storage charges, handling and VAL on one invoice per client, traceable to the order.
Boltrics is 100% focused on third-party logistics: not an ERP that started in finance or manufacturing, but every function built with and for logistics service providers.

Dock and insight
Dock, yard and figures in one system
- Timeslot booking and yard management: plan loading and unloading slots and manage the yard around the warehouse, in the same system.
- Activity performance: time, equipment and actions per client recorded, so you know where your capacity goes.
- Analysis cubes and Power BI: reports and dashboards on your own data, without a separate data export.
- Multiple connections: as many connections as your clients and carriers require.
Live in six steps, within three months
The same six steps as the Fast Track, with more set-up in each step.
- Step 1
On-site intake
Wider than for the Fast Track: per client the requirements for labels, allocation and documents, plus the exceptions currently kept alongside the system.
- Step 2
Setting scope and phasing
Together we decide what goes into the first go-live and what follows. This is where you fix the date per phase.
- Step 3
Setup via the Boltrics Marketplace
Switched on and set up per part: VAL orders, catch weight, customs statuses, allocation rules and the documents per client.
- Step 4
Data migration during operation
You are already running, so the move happens next to the work: items, clients, locations and current stock, with a fixed moment where the old registration stops.
- Step 5
Setting up and testing connections
We set up every connection with a client or carrier separately and test it with real messages before go-live.
- Step 6
Training and go-live with hypercare
Your key users and your floor know the system before go-live. For the first week after go-live we are on site with you. After that we help you through the support channel, on working days from 07:30 to 18:00 Estonian time.
After hypercare we stay your first line, with Boltrics as second line. What applies after that, including if Svare ever falls away, is on continuity and support.
See your first 90 daysPure configuration. Every update, yours.

What clients ask us first
Call +372 5447 0143Is the Tailored Track custom work?
No. Everything in the Tailored Track is standard in Boltrics, switched on through the same Boltrics Marketplace as the Fast Track. The difference is how much we set up, and how precisely.
Are TMS and FMS part of it?
No. The Tailored Track covers your warehouse. We implement TMS and FMS as separate modules, each live in three months after an on-site intake.
Who does the work?
Svare, Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics. The same consultants run the intake, do the setup and stand next to your people on the floor during go-live week. Boltrics is the second line, and your setup is readable for any Boltrics Reseller.
Live three months from now.
Torn between the Fast Track and the Tailored Track? We decide together after the on-site intake.
