Deliver exactly as each chain requires

In retail logistics the label, the pallet height, the delivery window and the message that has to go ahead are set by the buyer. We record those rules in Boltrics WMS, per chain and per delivery address.

Every shipment has to be right first time

A wrong label, a missed slot or a pallet that is too tall: the delivery goes back and the cost lands with you.

  • Rules per chain: one distribution centre wants an SSCC label bottom left, the next wants a packing list per pallet and an advance notice. If that lives in the heads of two experienced people, every holiday is a risk.
  • Stock per client, in one warehouse: you hold goods for several brands side by side. Each with its own rates, its own documents and its own invoice, while the racking stays one racking.
  • The work sits between receipt and dispatch: repacking, labelling, kitting, building displays and assembling promotion pallets. That is where your margin is, and exactly what ends up in a spreadsheet the moment the system cannot hold it.

Pallets with an SSCC label to the chain’s requirements, straight out of Boltrics WMS.

Every chain rule fixed in the system

  • Labels and documents per client: SSCC labels, pallet labels, packing lists and consignment notes follow a template per client and per delivery address. Connecting a new chain means setting up a template; the floor notices nothing except that the right label comes out of the printer.
  • Value added logistics: repacking and kitting: a VAL order has its own steps, its own material consumption and its own rate. The box used and the quarter of an hour spent sit on the order, so they reach the invoice instead of your own account.
  • Orders and messages without retyping: orders arrive as an EDI message, the despatch advice goes back the same way and the invoice follows it. Boltrics DataHub is the integration layer; which message a given chain asks for is something we map per client up front. Connect with Boltrics DataHub.
  • Delivery windows, cross-docking and dispatch: a delivery on a time window drives the warehouse: pick sequence and load sequence follow the appointment. Goods that only pass through need not enter the racking at all; cross-docking is a route through the warehouse, not a separate administration.
  • Storage charges and handling per client: receipts, order picking, VAL and storage each settle differently, and differently again per client. Boltrics WMS calculates it from the stock movements themselves, in the same system as the invoicing. See what Boltrics WMS delivers.

Svare has been the Boltrics Reseller for the Baltics since 2026 and implements Boltrics WMS for logistics service providers serving retail chains with Fast Track or Tailored Track; live in one month or tailored in three.

Built for 3PL

Every chain its own rules, every client its own invoice.

Every service lands on the client's order. Boltrics charges it against that client's agreement, and the invoice run does the rest.

  1. Step 1

Handling and VAL on the order

Repacking, labelling or extra handling: the floor records it on the order as it happens.

  2. Step 2

    Contract per client

Boltrics matches every line to that client's contract: per pallet, per carton, per order or per period.

  3. Step 3

Storage and handling on one invoice

The invoice run puts storage charges, handling and VAL on one invoice per client, traceable to the order.

Boltrics is 100% focused on third-party logistics: not an ERP that started in finance or manufacturing, but every function built with and for logistics service providers.

What clients ask us first

Call +372 5447 0143

Every chain wants its own label and its own packing list. Is that custom work?

No. Labels and documents are a setting per client and per delivery address, not programming. Adding a chain means setting up a template and having a proof approved.

Can we account for repacking and kitting in the same system?

Yes. Repacking, kitting, labelling and building displays are orders with their own steps, their own material consumption and their own rate. What happens on the floor ends up on the invoice by itself.

We serve several clients in one warehouse. Does that stay separated?

Yes. You keep stock, rates, documents and invoicing separate per client, in one shared warehouse.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

With Fast Track you are live in one month. Labels per chain and VAL orders sit in Tailored Track: live in three months, after an on-site intake. The modules have a price list and we share it openly in the first call; the implementation differs per company and follows from that intake.

We set up what your chains require

In the intake we walk through what each chain prescribes for each client: which label, which documents, which message, which window. So the chain rules are fixed before your first delivery.

One chain, or five with rules of their own?

Tell us who you deliver to and what they prescribe. In one call you see what the standard already covers.

Tailored Track: live in three months. Fast Track: live in one month.
